on resolutions

I don't make resolutions. Sometimes, I set goals. But overall, I use the new year to reflect and think about what I like and what I want to change in my life.

A big priority for me this year is to fix any health issue that I can! So today, I went to the first of many appointments to figure out what's wrong with my hip that it hurts so much. I have lots of hope in that one 'cos that will really make a difference.

I'm also pretty glad I did the sleep apnea thing. It's not perfect, but I'm already feeling more calm and rested, and I get more done at work. I'm hoping once I get the mask adjusted, it'll be even better.

So the next step is to schedule other test... tit cancer, colon cancer, and have the tooth checked. There is no excuse to continue procrastinating.

I've also got to start taking vitamin D again. Like, right now!

The road to better

Maybe, just maybe, I'll be blogging about how this year is going to see some serious good things in my life. A quick list:

  • figure out leg pain
  • start losing weight
  • don't stop looking for ways to be less tired
  • be more active
  • keep home clear of junk.

I'm sure there will be more. Basically, I'm on a road to self-improvement!
